Check Before Operation
1.烤箱的安置地點要求:
Fixing Requirement
1.1 地面須水平。
Keep horizontal.
1.2 通風須良好 Well ventilation and dustless environment. 1.3 不要安置在潮濕地方。 Do not place the oven in humid space. 1.4 不要曝露在易燃或腐蝕性氣體下(特殊烤箱除外) Do not expose under flammable or corrosive atmosphere(except specific oven). 1.5 盡可能使可燃物遠離 Keep away from flammable material as possible. 1.6 環(huán)境溫度勿過高 Keep the Temp. between room Temp.～40℃. 2.烤箱的安置間隔要求: Placing Interval 2.1 理想操作環(huán)境機身各方距墻至少60公分以上 Ideal operating environment is up than 60cm away from the wall 2.2 理想操作環(huán)境機身與機身間隔至少60公分以上 Up than 60cm apart from machine to machine. 3.烤箱的電源安裝要求: Electronic Installation Requirement 3.1 請依電器銘板上所訂之電源規(guī)格接電。 Please follow the mains which indicate on the electrical plate 3.2 電壓變動率必須在額定值±5％內(nèi) Voltage fluctuation must be within rated ±5％ 3.3 為避免電擊意外發(fā)生 接地法實施對地電阻(100Ω以下) The oven must be grounded to avoid the electric shock. (Please observe the Electronic Regulation to use the third grounding manner(Under 100Ω) 3.4 不可將綠色接地線接至瓦斯或水管上。 Never connect the ground cable in green with gas or liquid pipe 3.5 不可將有漏電斷路器烤箱與無此裝置烤箱共享接地線路 Please do not share the ground cable with any other machine 4.烤箱的水平調(diào)整: Horizontal Adjustment 機臺定位后 Adjust the horizontal of oven after mounting. There are four adjustable leveling screws below the oven, twist them to adjust the horizontal 5.烤箱電源接線: Connect In Electric 機臺定位完成后，可由機臺后方之電源電纜線 Afterward mounted the oven, connect the cable into power supply by mark and electric specification 6.烤箱的排風管接續(xù): Exhaust Supple Pipe 機臺定位后 *當烤箱內(nèi)烘烤物會產(chǎn)生油煙時 Connect the exhaust supple pipe(￠4) into exhaust. when there is too much exhaust fume gas, could increase the flow Capacity. 7.烤箱的送風馬達調(diào)整: Adjust the exhaust motor 請檢查送風馬達轉(zhuǎn)向，應與馬達上貼示的轉(zhuǎn)向標簽一致 Please check the rotating direction of the motor，It should be in accordance with the label. If the direction is reverse, please open the lid of the motor then change the wiring.（Normally, we’ve set it before ex-work.） 1.完成報警:烘烤完成時此蜂鳴器鳴叫; COMPLETE ALARM :when bake finish the alarm sound will loud; 2.電源指示:若電源開關(guān)“ON”后 POWER INDICATOR : The light on when power supply switch “on”; 3.故障報警:超溫時此蜂鳴器鳴叫; FAULT ALARM:when temperature over setting value, the alarm sound will Loud; 4.電流表:顯示加熱器之電流; AMMETER: To display the current of the heater; 5.溫度控制器:設(shè)定與控制各段加熱器之溫度; TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER: To set and control the temperature in each unit; 6.超溫保護器:設(shè)定超溫溫度 OVER TEMPERATURE PROTECTOR:Set the Temp. of over value，to prevent over Temp; 7.啟/停開關(guān):按此開關(guān)閉合后 START/STOP SWITCH:Press this button to start the control system; 8.計時器:機臺恒溫計時用; TIMER:When bake temperature arrive at, timer start counting bake timing; 9.溫度記錄器:記錄爐內(nèi)六點溫度; TEMP RECORDER:Recording the chamber temperature; 10.加熱開關(guān):按此開關(guān)閉合后 HEATING SWITCH:Press this button to start the heater.，落塵量較少。 。。，最好在室溫～40℃范圍內(nèi) 。 。 。 。 ，機臺本身必須接地。(依電工法規(guī)第三種 。 。 。 ，須先調(diào)整水平，機臺上有4支水平調(diào)整螺絲腳 ，用于定位及水平調(diào)整 。 ，并依接線端子板上之標示規(guī)格完成電源接線之工作（此項屬除外工程） 。 ，須將排風管接上￠4”之排風管。 ，可以適當加大排氣量 。 。如轉(zhuǎn)向錯誤，請打開上蓋依馬達接線更換轉(zhuǎn)向。（一般出廠前都有調(diào)整，無需變動），此指示燈亮起;，起保護作用;
，控制線路開始通電;
，電熱管通電加熱.
